Who We Are

Eco Oil Resource Ltd. (EKO OIL RESURS EOOD) is a used oil recovery organization within the meaning of the Waste Management Act.

We hold a permit under Art. 81, para. 1 of the Waste Management Act, issued by the Minister of Environment and Water.

Since 2017, we have organized the fulfillment of our members' obligations for the collection and recovery of used oils and assisted with related reporting.

Our Mission

To ensure traceable and lawful management of used oils and to reduce the administrative burden on lubricant oil manufacturers and importers.

How We Operate

We work through a network of entities that hold the required documentation for the respective activities under the Waste Management Act.

Every stage — from collection to final recovery — is documented with the applicable primary, transportation, and reporting records.

Establishment of the organization and launch of the collection and recovery system.

Permit and order for fulfillment of recovery targets.

Program update and system development.

Over 3,000 metric tons of used oils collected and recovered and regulatory target achieved.
